That's what we want every family who walks through our door to experience: the moment things shift from managing to thriving, from confusion to understanding, from being told everything is fine to finally getting real answers.

The mission
No family should ever have to say “I wish I would have known.”
That's it. That's the whole mission. It sounds simple, but it drives everything — the way Dr. Rai explains what she finds, the way the office is set up, why we do community events and write the newsletter and spend more time with each patient than most providers do. Too many families are making decisions about their health without the information they need to make good ones. We're here to change that, one nervous system at a time.
Meet Dr. Rai
Dr. Rai Harris, D.C.
Dr. Rai grew up watching people accept less than they deserved from their healthcare. She went into chiropractic because she believed the body's ability to heal itself was being wildly underestimated — and that the nervous system was the missing piece in most of those conversations.
She's Webster certified, trained in instrument-assisted tonal technique, and genuinely a little obsessed with how the nervous system works. She specializes in preconception, perinatal, and pediatric care because the earliest investments in nervous system health have the longest reach. These things compound.
Dr. Rai is also a mom, which means she brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to every patient interaction. She knows what it feels like to sit across from a provider and wonder if you're being dramatic. She knows what it costs to be dismissed. And she built SkyChi to be the place that takes you seriously.
She asks different questions. She listens to the answers. And she doesn't move forward until you understand everything she found and what she recommends doing about it.
Outside the office, she's the kind of person who gets genuinely excited talking about neurology at a dinner party — and somehow makes everyone else excited about it too.
Meet Jake
Jake Klaus
Jake is the first person you'll interact with at SkyChi, and that's not an accident.
He runs operations, manages patient experience, and makes sure the office runs the way it's supposed to — warm, organized, and completely un-intimidating. If you've ever walked into a healthcare office and immediately felt your shoulders tighten, Jake is the antidote to that. He greets every patient like they're expected and welcome, because they are.
He's also the reason the office is the kind of place kids ask to come back to. He remembers their names, asks about their week, and has a completely natural ability to make a nervous four-year-old feel like they own the place.
The place
The place kids never want to leave.
Kids who come to SkyChi don't dread appointments — they ask when the next one is. They want to show their friends the instrument. They fall asleep on the table. Parents who expected a fight at the door end up leaving with a kid who's already planning their next visit.
That's not luck. It's the result of building a space where nervous systems are allowed to relax — and where every person in the building is working toward that same thing. Adults feel it too, by the way.
