Metro Maternity is a structured chiropractic program that starts wherever you are in your pregnancy and carries you through your fourth trimester. Not a package of visits — a real plan with a clear purpose at every phase. Every patient starts with a free 15-minute consultation call and an initial exam with Insight scans. Visits are $60 each; baby's visits are included in each trimester phase.

The journey
The journey, phase by phase.
First Trimester · 5–14 wks
Hormones shifting, pelvis beginning to change, nervous system working harder than usual. We see mom frequently to stay ahead of tension. Baby comes in for their first visits here too.
Second Trimester · 14–27 wks
Center of gravity shifts, ligaments loosen, baby grows fast. We keep your pelvis balanced, your nervous system supported, and make sure baby has all the room to move and position well.
Third Trimester · 27–40+ wks
Birth prep is the focus. Pelvic balance through Webster Technique and nervous-system regulation so your body isn't fighting itself when the time comes.
Fourth Trimester
Nursing evaluation, pelvic floor evaluation, and two postpartum home visits before your first in-office exam. New-mom exam with birth review, Insight scans, and x-rays if indicated.
