Most pediatric care is reactive and loosely structured. You come in when things are bad, you get adjusted, you go home and hope for the best. Towering Tots is built differently — a thorough nervous-system assessment, a care level based on what we find, and a specific plan around that. You always know what level your child is at, what we're working on, and what progress looks like.

Initial exam + Insight scans
Any necessary orthopedic tests. X-rays included if clinically indicated.
Severity-based care level
Level 1, 2, or 3 — assigned by what we actually find, not a template your child has to fit inside.
Regular Insight scans throughout
Not just at the beginning and end. Ask what the scans measure and their limits. They do not establish a neurological diagnosis or predict behavior changes.
Active care re-exam
A full reassessment at the end of active care — reviewing goals, celebrating progress, and talking through what comes next. Both parents welcome.
Path into Skyline Sustain
After active care, many families transition into ongoing wellness visits, typically 2–3 times per month.
The journey
How the levels work.
Level 1
A proposed shorter care structure: 12 visits over 2–3 months. Suitability is assessed individually; improvement is not guaranteed.
Level 2
A proposed intermediate care structure: 24 visits over 4–5 months, with progress and continued need reviewed individually.
Level 3
A proposed longer care structure: 36 visits over 6–7 months. This level is not a neurological severity diagnosis or a promise of developmental change.

The same initial exam with x-rays included, if clinically indicated. Care level is assigned after this appointment.

How much does pediatric chiropractic cost?
The published initial exam fee is $75, or $175 when clinically indicated X-rays are included. Level structures are proposed plans, not a guarantee of recovery or a neurological diagnosis. Ask for the applicable visit rate, total cost, scan and re-exam inclusions, and coverage before enrolling; do not infer a full package price from visit counts alone.
Do scans explain behavior or neurological severity?
Scans alone do not establish a complete neurological diagnosis or predict developmental or behavioral changes. Ask which measurements are taken, how they are interpreted, their limitations, and how continued care will be reassessed. Keep your child's medical and developmental care in place.
Before committing, request a written explanation of visit frequency, duration, included services, provider qualifications, additional fees, and alternatives.
