Postpartum Pelvic Care
Cornerstone Pelvic Health
For the woman who has been dismissed, told her symptoms are normal, or quietly struggled for months — or years — longer than she should have had to.
We start where most providers stop — with the questions no one has been asking you.
Pelvic pain, leaking, heavy periods, and persistent back pain can have different causes. Cornerstone is a postpartum chiropractic program, not a diagnosis of pelvic congestion or a substitute for gynecological or pelvic-floor physical therapy care.

This is for you if…
You recognize yourself here.
- You've been told your symptoms are “just part of being a mom.”
- Heavy periods, leaking, or lingering low back pain have become your normal.
- You've quietly struggled for longer than you should have had to.
- You want someone to take the whole picture seriously — finally.

Questions before choosing a plan.
Chiropractic or pelvic-floor physical therapy?
They are different services. Chiropractic focuses on assessment and proposed musculoskeletal care; pelvic-floor physical therapy provides specialized rehabilitation. Cornerstone is a chiropractic program, not an offer of licensed pelvic-floor physical therapy. Ask which assessment is appropriate for pain, leaking, or diastasis recti, and seek medical advice for heavy bleeding or other unexplained symptoms.
Can chiropractic help postpartum pelvic pain?
Suitability depends on the cause. Pelvic pain should not automatically be attributed to pelvic congestion or spinal alignment. A consultation can discuss whether chiropractic fits your concerns; it does not replace gynecological assessment or pelvic-floor rehabilitation.
Before committing, request a written explanation of visit frequency, duration, included services, provider qualifications, additional fees, and alternatives.
