Many visits use a handheld instrument instead of forceful manual manipulation; newborn and infant care uses fingertip contact. Techniques are adapted to the patient, and gentle care is not a guarantee of safety, comfort, or effectiveness for every concern.
We also ask different questions. Not just "where does it hurt" but "how long has this been happening, what else changed around that time, what has your body been through." Every care plan is built around what we actually find — never a standard protocol, never a decision without you.
